ExpoDev requires a BTZS film profile in order to calculate an exposure. Without importing a BTZS film profile ExpoDev cannot be effectively used as a general exposure log or Depth of Field calculator as it will not allow exposure information to be saved without having performed the exposure calculation.

There are a few sample profiles that can be imported into ExpoDev but these sample profile are not a substitution for personal film testing and relying solely on them may produce unsatisfactory exposure results. All samples where produced used BTZS tube sheet film development procedures.
