Through the app itself and/or by using a view application on the PC/Mac

You can view and print the records. First save the records to your computer via iTunes - on the phone there is a file sharing section at the bottom of the Apps section. The files are .xdr - a type of .xml. I use TestWrangler to view the files. The file will open as one long string - you can break it into lines with a Unix filter such as the TidyXML found at http://magp.ie/2010/02/15/format-xml-with-textwrangler/. The file will look like code, and the fractions are all decimal, but at least you have a printable file.
